No News is good News

...no news as of yet but the week is still young. At least I started my last class ever with UOP and it's almost over. The last four years have been something else. It all ends on May 13th! I have to take a CLEP test and as long as I pass that by half I am a golden goose sitting on a goldern egg in my golden hole! Hopefully all turns out ok and I'm not going to worry about it. I saw a quote that said, worries erase Gods promises. So there is no need to worry.

Yet again...

I have found a way to fumble up yet again! Not only may I get fired but I may not even finish school! I was ONE f'n class away and I did it again! Look in the dictionary for the word STUPID and you should find my picture and biography. Well it's back to the drawing board and time to figure out my next move. Where ever the wind takes me I hope I don't F that up too.

Almost F'n there!

I'm almost f'n there. I registered for graduation and I only need to make it for another month and I'm done! I have more classes but if I can make it till April 9th I'll be in the money! I can't wait to be done even though I'm going on to my Masters. Blah!

Think Positive

I am scheduled to graduate in May but there is a possibility that it won't happen. All the work I have put into school and my graduation has been prolonged because of my job. If it doesn't happen all hell will break loose.

Inspiring Future Community Leaders Talk

In due time...

In due time all things will happen. I had the best meeting of my life on Monday January 7, 2013! I met with a community coordinator from the Jacob Center and was asked if I would be a speaker for a group of kids from at-risk communities. I will help them become change agents to effect lasting changes within themselves and their communities. I was also asked to be a part of some great community outreach programs that will help educate families of their legal rights and various other issues involving education among others.
I am elated and cannot wait to begin this journey! I am a change agent and my mission is to help people, help others. Doing for self it great; doing for others is even better!

The Possibilties

Happy New Year!
2013 is going to be a great year and it already starting off with a lot of promise. I am making it my goal this to get involved with non-profit organizations to learn the business and work on starting my own this year.
So in order to begin this journey I figured I would volunteer and help the community and learn the business. I began contacting people through email to find an opportunity and nothing happened for about a month. Right after New Year I inquired again and the individual at the Jacob Center wanted to know more about me and stated that they are looking for speakers for a teen retreat they are planning and I could possibly be considered.
For some that is not a big deal but that is what my dream is and the possibilities are coming to light. This year will be the year that dreams come true!
