Toastmasters

Started Toastmasters! I can speak but can I speak effectively! Time will tell and joining Toastmasters will hopefull be the answer.

Last class for a few long months...

I'm benched for at least 6 months! No school so maybe I can use this time to my advantage and learn something new! Barbering? Life coaching? Pimp??? Yea I like pimp!!!

Getting off my ass...

Ok I'm getting off my ass and I'm going to start doing what I feel I should do! I am not fine! Let's do this!!!!!

8 more classes and I'm going to law school! I may not be able to become an attorney but I'll be in the law field! So the MBA at UOP can kiss it! Law school becons!

A Change gonna come

So I was written up for helping a student succeed! Oxymoron? Ironic? Stupid? All of the above! I don't know what to say other then I'm hurt and this is not why I became an employee for UOP! My plans have been altered and my bubble bursted. I am NOT a Phoenix! This is a means to and end...or however that goes. This school is nothing more then a vehicle to get where I want to go.

I'm going to wait 6 months to get back into school. So I'll put my head down and grind it out and make the best out of my situation.

You can put me down but you will not keep me out! I'm a fighter and I'll be training for 6 months and I'll come out swinging and I'm going to win this fight!

Really?

Wow after all this time put into this school and into this job, it all might come to an end! So what did I learn if anything? School doesnt really pay! Education is slightly overrated! A degree is only as good as the person holding it! If you have a degree and you think your poor grades from college wont haunt you later, guess what, you're a loser!! lmao!

So with that said, my next post will either be my last about school for awhile and my last about a job that I thought I loved. But life goes on!

Vacation!!!

Finally I had a vacation! I didn't really need it but eh it was good to have. I didn't do a damn thing! I took the kids to school as usual and just vegged out! I did go play golf on Friday and that was the extent of a fun vacay. Other than not coming to work it truly seemed like a typical week. I hope I can take a real vacay to an exotic isle and drink coconut drinks and play in the sandy white beaches with a thong bikini on!! lol...

I enjoyed having the time off and only wished I could have done something more productive. Oh well I had fun doing nothing anyway.
